Had my birthday weekend here with friends. Hotel was clean, super nice staff, all of them. I stayed here and enjoy their facilities, the gym was cool, rooftop was very relaxing, pool was fun. I booked the room include breakfast and dinner and it was amazing and save money. Food was so so good and variety of choices. Room was cozy with balcony facing the pool was the best. After checking out, they gave us a temporary room for shower while we wait for flights to go back, that was so thoughtful of the hotel.

The breakfast was great, the staff were exceptionally nice, the hotel's policy were so flexible we all felt comfortable from day one. The hotel is also located near the jetty, so crossing to other sides of the island was just fun through and through.

We stayed here last year and loved it, being the reason for our return as it suits us perfectly. Breakfast - There was a good selection but too busy for the amount of room. 3x coffee machines of the 5 not working or removed so spent 20 minutes queuing for a hot drink. No Gluten Free bread on offer. Only 2 people preparing the eggs in different locations which you had to ask for, fried, omelette etc which took a long time to come and get through the queue of about 5/10 people - no one helping them when they ran out of fillings so they disappeared for a few minutes when trying to find it. Pool - This is class for the music and atmosphere, live DJ every day from 2-6pm is great. Downfall is they wont serve you at the bar as you have a button caller by the beds, but these dont always work so we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes just to get a soft drink, so went to the shop round the corner as it was quicker. We were also told that we couldn't eat snacks or have drinks from outside the hotel around the pool, which i do get but also told we could ONLY eat and drink what they have on offer on the menu around the pool, they only offer full meals, no 'snacks', even the shop in reception, which did sell snacks were not allowed to be eaten around the pool as they weren't sold there, which is mad, considering they were bought at the hotel. Also have specific people who can take orders and who only deliver drinks which is quite annoying as there are more of them than order takers. Staff are SOOOO polite and brilliant, cannot fault them at all, just nice people and are just following orders, which don't make sense at times - was just very different to what we experienced last year in 2022. Room - Lovely, great big comfy bed, lovely shower and views obviously. Cleaners were on POINT, the minute we stepped out the door for brekkie it was like they were hiding behind something and had it all turned down before we had time to finish our bacon and egg.

Pool was incredible, plenty of space to get a bed. Breakfast was good, little bit too busy at times and long queue for some things and i am gluten intolerant and not much options there.
