The location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the main area in San Antonio. The hotel was amazing and very clean, and the room was really modern and he’s super comfortable too. We were facing the pool and enjoyed sitting on the balcony during parts of the day and during pre drinks too. Will definitely be staying back here next year.

° Excellent team, welcoming and very helpful staff - especially Alex and Manuel. Gràcias! 🙏🏻 ° Good selection for breakfast: 🍉 watermelon was a nice surprise, the 🍊 orange juice is real (sweet strain with pulps, not the cheapest one), the 🍳 eggs were good however I did not enjoy the sausage. ° There is a nice sunny 🔆 pool 🏊♂️ across the street with palm trees 🌴 ¬ you can access it even after checking out! ° Tropical Hotel provides free shower rooms 🚿 - even after checking out ° Checked in customers receive a textile bracelet (like at the parties) so the security 💂♂️ guard can easily spot intruders. The color seems to change daily - felt safe. > Overall I can recommend this place if you're looking for a quick stop in San Antonio. Tip: booked using my mobile phone's browser and got 8% off the booking price. >> Bonus: if you're looking for a good restaurant, check out "Restaurant Bar Benitez" rated 4.5/5 on Maps - it might look strange but this is where the locals are also eating. Excellent seafood 🐙🍤 (Calamaritos & Sepia plancha) - not a tourist trap, probably the best value/money ratio in San Antonio.

Loved the location, the pool was really fab, and so was the bar. Breakfast choice really good, rooms very comfortable and well equipped, staff fantastic and having the use of a shower on the day we left was really appreciated. The place was immaculate and the cleanliness was best I've seen in a hotel.

Central location with all amenities on the doorstep. Staff were exceptional, they allowed us to check-in early and checkout late (for a fee)

Good location, within easy reach of the town, restaurants, bars and the sunset. Facilities as expected, cracking shower and most of what we needed. Free safe was a surprise. Pool and bar were great for the time we spent there. Breakfast options pretty much spot on, with the cooked and continental staples, plus some daily variation. The Spar behind the hotel was well stocked, and reasonably priced. Luggage store and shower room enabled us to maximise our final day.
