Our stay was truly exceptional. The room, the location, the service, and the breakfast – everything was perfect. We experienced a minor incident, which was handled with great professionalism and outstanding care by the hotel management. I would strongly advise not to rely on some of the negative comments I had read prior to booking, as our experience was excellent in every respect. This is a hotel we will gladly keep in mind for our next stay. Many thanks to the entire team for their remarkable hospitality.

Room: Beautifully renovated with a chic Bohemian vibe. We had a sea-view room with a balcony—perfect for sipping a drink while watching the sunset. It’s an Instagram dream. The capsule coffee machine was a nice touch, though after the first few capsules, you’ll need to purchase your own. Cleanliness: Absolutely top-notch. Huge shoutout to the cleaning staff—they’re incredibly professional and detail-oriented. Every time we returned, the room was spotless, refreshed, and greeted us with a lovely scent. Truly impressive. Location: Just a 10–15 minute walk from the lively San Antonio center, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing atmosphere without being too far from the action. Staff: Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Marcos at the pool bar—he made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. Beach Towels & Umbrellas: No need to pack your own—these are available to rent at reception, which is super convenient. Poolside Comfort: Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are free to use. We loved swimming in the sea and then sunbathing at the hotel—no sand, no hassle, just pure relaxation.

I can not fault this hotel, the experience we have had has been perfect. The staff are wonderful, incredibly friendly. The food is lovely and new rooms are beautiful. We came here last year and loved it and didn't think anything needed to be improved but this year was even better. Loved every minute and will be back again next year.
