Most of the staff were outstanding. The hotel easily deserves 5 Stars for its Reserve features. The gardens are lovely, the main restaurant offers a very high standard of buffet and additional restaurants are available. A really lovely hotel in a perfect position in San Agustin, Grand Canaria.

Staff was great and friendly. Food too, in Kanna restaurant in particular. The reserved breakfast was amazing and so was the lounge too! Gym was OK.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. When we first walked in we were greeted by smiles. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There were many activities each day. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. A special shoutout to Ava, Carla, Rita who were so kind to us during our stay.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Great quality food options throughout the day and comfortable room. Allowed us to extend our checkout until 6pm complimentary as we had a late flight on our departure day!
