We had a great stay, the hotel has everything you need. The rooms are modern, everywhere is exceptionally clean and the facilities are great. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner everyday was fantastic. Great location just a short walk away from a couple of beaches, and about a 10 minute taxi ride into Maspalomas.

Great hotel, staff very friendly, large rooms with safe, mini fridge/water. Cleaned each day. Great gym and activities throughout the day, mini disco was good for my 5yo. Roof top pool a bonus.

I recently stayed at Gloria Palace San Agustín Thalasso & Hotel, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible service, the warm atmosphere, and the delicious food that made me feel right at home. As someone who loves home-cooked meals, I was amazed at how the restaurant’s food felt just like home. Even though I was miles away, I didn’t feel like I missed out on my usual comforts. The plantain in blanket was an absolute treat—so much so that I’ll definitely be recreating it for my family this Christmas! And the spinach with raisins? Let’s just say I’ve stolen the recipe because I loved it that much. A special thank you to Kamal for delivering a bottle of Provetto to my room on my birthday. That thoughtful gesture took me completely by surprise and made my birthday so much more special. The attention to detail and the personal touch truly warmed my heart—thank you, Gloria, for making my day unforgettable! For first-time solo travelers, this is the safest and most welcoming place to be. The team was absolutely incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, ensured I was comfortable, and their passion for assisting guests was contagious. Everyone, from the friendly receptionists to the fantastic waiters and bartenders, worked seamlessly together. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. Their professionalism and enthusiasm didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s clear they are a true asset to the company. The night entertainment was the perfect cherry on top, adding that extra touch to an already amazing experience. Gloria Palace really offers the best of both worlds: the comfort of home and the excitement of being away. A huge thank you to the entire Gloria team for such a memorable stay! If you’re considering solo traveling, a family getaway, or a trip with friends, this is the perfect place to do it.

Nice hotel in great location for views and beach distance, spacious family rooms. Great pool areas for adults. Bus service to Playa de Ingles&Maspalomas was very handy especially with kids.

Large pool and no problem getting a sun bed as plenty of them. Plenty of different choices of food at dinner. Also, lots of fresh fruit available.

My favourite part was the pool area , Though be warned the kids pool is very deep ! I also was surprised with how beautiful and big the hotel was , The kids camp was fantastic . I am ceoliac an they could accommodate me for breakfast but not many options
