Very friendly staff, awesome dinner with a huge buffet, also the pool is amazing. Nevertheless, it's quite far from Maspalomas (3km Playa de inglés) and during the carnival event it was very difficult to get home to the hotel. Maybe, the management can organize shuttle options for hotel guests? Taxis or buses seem not available. Also, there is one negative aspect and the water pressure of the sink in the bathroom is extremely low. The water pressure of the shower was okay.

Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel and would gladly return. The room, garden, and pool area are beautifully maintained, with plenty of lush plants and flowers. The beach is right outside the hotel, making it easily accessible. Maspalomas is about a 50-minute walk away, but you can also take a bus from Clinica Roca, which takes around 10 minutes. The food selection is good, with excellent salads, sauces, and cheese options. However, the variety and seasoning of the meat could be improved. There was no need to wait for a table at the restaurant, and sunbeds were always available at the pool areas.

I really liked this hotel the swimming pool area is very peaceful and always sunbeds available. I liked the choice of food for breakfast. The toiletries that they provide in the room smell beautiful. Close access to the beach where sunbeds and umbrellas are available at an extra cost. I was only here for 2 nights and both mornings at breakfast the chefs were the most friendly. Always smiling and taking attention when food needed replacing. The other friendly staff member who was always polite and friendly was one of the bar staff in the piano bar. I cannot recall his name but his hair was long. Finally the receptionist the day I checked was very professional as well.

The room was very clean and had most of needed services Buffet was diverse Quiet at nights, good for resting and sleeping I liked that I could check-in online prior to my departure. Check-in and check-out is very quick.

Beach front location. Lovely design. Beautiful pools and decor throughout. More like a 5* Bedrooms very comfortable. Close to shopping centre, farmacy, hairdresser and bus stops to many locations including Airport .
