The staff were very friendly. We requested to check out a day earlier than we planned and the resort accommodated us by refunding our unused night.

Had a great stay. Staff super friendly, the whole place is very roomy, in the style of a convention centre with Asian themes. Located in a weird temple-style theme park attraction, not my thing as a Christian. Area is far in the suburbs, so it's not good if you're wanting to see Bangkok city, but great if you want to get away from the city noise and be with the real people in the suburbs at the edge of the city. The train line doesn't go the whole way, but it's super easy to catch a taxi to the Ancient City, and the hotel sends a golf cart for free to meet you at the road and send you to restaurants.

Ideal location for visiting the ancient city. Lovely clean and welcoming hotel, Rooms are comfortable and spacious, great air conditioning, beautiful indoor pool and sauna on site. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Free Tuk Tuk service to restaurants on Ancient City site.
