We were so lucky to find this property last minute. This is a studio type villa on one level, it was refurbished in 2023 to a very high standard and had a lot of really useful facilities, such as Illy coffee machine, clothes airer for drying your swimwear/towels and a washing machine if you needed to freshen up clothes. Communication with our host via messages beforehand meant he knew when we were arriving and the keys were waiting for us. He popped around to make sure we were ok and showed us how to use the jacuzzi which I have to say, really made the holiday special and was a great way to escape the heatwave with a glass of wine in the afternoons. Towels and bedding were changed and bins emptied at least every other day. The villa is situated at the quieter end of town, just a short walk from gorgeous tavernas and Karavomilos Beach. The other beach in Sami, Loutro, is only about 20 minutes walk away. We preferred this one as snorkelling was better and there was natural shade. There are a selection of supermarkets/bakers etc if you just follow the road straight into town, about 10 minutes walk.

Everything is brand new, all appliances available and ready to use. Weekly change of sheets and towels. Nice patio with sun beds and jacuzzi (even though we didn’t use it). Very good position, walking distance from the center.

The house was newly renovated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a good vacation, including the jacuzzi. It is also located very centrally, behind the main rain overlooking the marina and all the restaurants. Super comfortable and clean.
