Staff were lovely and helpful. Got our sheets changed after 2 days (out of 4 nights). We couldn’t find a tea towel and a brand new ‘Kefalonia’ one appeared! Was a lovely touch. Supermarket so close and found great local restaurant Mermaid to be a winner!

The apartments are in a very good location, close to the port, to the shops,Supermarket just cross the road, with mountains views, Paralia Karavomilos close by! Our apartment was on the 2nd floor,with mountains views!The building has 3 floors,probably from the 3rd floor the views are much better! It was a decent size apartment for the 2 of us, with clean towels and clean linen, but the pillow doesn't have cover protection,i had to use my own. The pillows are too soft and flat,but it was good that there were another 2 spear pillows we could use. The cleaning was not the best,was dust, and the floors were not vacuum. Very thin walls, you can hear almost everywhere. The air-conditioning needs a very thorough professional cleaning because it is very mouldy, that's is not healthy for your clients! The kitchenette is equipped with a cook top, a range hood, a kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, frypand, and some pots! In the bathroom are not enough towels hooks, just one for the hands towel. The shower cabin is a very good size ,but not clean,and the silicone is building mould. The water has no pressure and was a nightmare to wash my long and thick hair! We really much appreciated that our room was ready when we arrived in the morning, and we could check in early!🙏

Location was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had only booked one room and requested twin beds. As there wasn't a room with twin beds available the lady running it gave us a second room instead which was beyond expectations and made all the difference for us. Both rooms had a balcony which was nice. I didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge but that was all I needed

We are travelling for 7 months and Kefalonia has been our favourite place so far. Apartment was exactly what we required Location is very close to the port if catching morning ferry
