We had a wonderful three night stay here and wish it had been longer. The apartment itself is modern, clean, well-equipped and extremely comfortable, and the sea and mountain views from the balcony are special.

Very spacious, exceptionally clean, airy with beautiful, large balcony overlooking the town with a sea view. Comfortable beds, love the shutters for a deep, dark, nice sleep. Short walk, 10-15 minutes to the main pathway with tons of restaurants.

Great spot and place would recommend. however lacked a few basics you’d expect for the money like some shower gel, salt in the kitchen etc

The location was just on the edge of Sami town which made it perfect. Due to its location plenty of parking was available and it was quiet but it was also close enough to Sami town/port to stroll down and leave the car behind. Easy access to Anitsamos beach, Melissani lake, Drogarati cave and many other places. The grounds and apartments are beautifully maintained and the rooms have everything you need. Zacharias was the perfect host, helpful and accommodating. Pavlatos apartments will always be our first choice for Kefalonia!

Anazing locartion 10 mins walk to the harbour and all restaurants and yet very secluded quiet area amazing views from the balcony very clean and comfortable it really ecxceed my expetation

What a fabulous stay at Pavlatos Apartments - it has been such a safe haven for me and my friend. We had never been to Sami before but found the location to be outstanding. Beautiful sea view, a huge balcony and the comfiest bed we've stayed in on this trip!! It is located in a quiet area which was very much appreciated for lovely summer evenings sitting out on the terrace. Great facilities, everything you need for a great stay. I especially appreciated the amazing communication from the hosts and how accommodating they were when we requested a slightly later check-out time. Definitely consider this place for your stay in Sami - you will not regret it.

The studio apartment was clean very spacious & well equipped. The views from our top floor studio were stunning. The friendly owners also had an excellent restaurant in Sami.

Pavlatos Apartments are situated on the edge of Sami with a fantastic view across the bay. Plenty of parking, lovely comfortable, clean rooms which have very efficient aircon and everything you could want in a self catering apartment.

The view off the balcony was wonderful, sea view and mountain view, very pretty view at night too with all the lights & lots of swallows cleaning up the bugs by the lemon trees below which we enjoyed watching every morning & very few mosquito bites . very good service from the staff, lovely family business . we were looked after very well nothing was too much trouble. Good location for sami and the North of the island . We would definitely return .
