Spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, powerful shower, nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was good. Proximity to airport.

The Silk Road complex is very exclusive and the staff everywhere are nice and good shuttle services within the complex

Great hospitality, kind staff. Drinking water was provided every day and they were helpful with any issue that came up during my stay. Absolutely great rooms and food, even the beer was like in Europe. Rooms have iron and hairdryer. Every day was cleaning.

The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The value for the price was excellent.

Everything was phenomenal! The whole Silk Road complex is a great addition to the city - very lively place, but at the same time it is peaceful. Service at the hotel is superb, as well as the cleanliness, size and design of the room. If I come back to Samarkand, I would definitely choose Savitsky Plaza.
