Many of the reviews are very similar calling about how fabulous the property, gardens and breakfast are, which sets extremely high expectations which I didn’t feel it fully lived up to. Whilst the location is favourable and it is one of the more decent options in town, I found it very expensive for what you get. You also need to watch the pricing as I found it heavily discounted a couple of weeks after we booked. In addition the payment up front and only in cash is extremely inconvenient - I had better experiences in far cheaper properties in the country.

Lovely breakfast area on the terrace with super staff. The location is perfect for reaching all the main sites before the crowds arrive. The rooms are large and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

One of the best experiences was the extraordinary breakfast - 11/10! The staff members were really helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel and room both were designed and decorated very elegantly and the nice terrace offers a good view at Amir Temur mausoleum. We enjoyed our convenient and comfortable stay.

Lovely boutique hotel at walking distance from the main historical sites, and near good restaurants in the modern city, good breakfast in the patio garden, we felt very comfortable there

The property is a gem! It centres around a very picturesque courtyard where breakfast is served in the morning and where guests can relax with a drink and snack throughout the day. Inside, the decor is tasteful and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is 100 metres from the Amir Temur Mausoleum. All in all, an excellent place to stay on your trip to Samarkand if wishing to avoid big chain hotels.

A secret garden hotel. As you walk in, the colours of the garden welcome you. The rooms were clean as we had 2 rooms for my family. Breakfast was just amazing. Abundant of food which you needed to order a day ahead. Good spread and quality serving. Very friendly and helpful staff and everything about this place is on point!

Excellent location, in a very posh and quiet street. It is right around the corner from the Amir Taimur mosque. The staff was absolutely top notch. Five star service from each and every person. They are extremely courteous and professional. Breakfast was ample and they served fresh eggs or omelettes as you need. The garden is absolutely stunning. Do try and spend some time in the garden if you can. Rooms are comfy as well.
