The place is nice and cozy, it's a typical architecture building. It's clean and staff is lovely. I came back to Samarkand and back to this place. The position is super good, near the historical center.

Staff was very helpful, allowed early check-in when the room was ready. Room was very clean, and a bonus to have a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a varied selection. Location was excellent, within walking distance to main tourist sites.

We arrived in the aftermoon and were pleasantly escorted to our room after passport scans. Staff were great. Non-invasive, pleasant, respectful, etc... With our limited Turkish and their limited English we were able to communicate quite easily. Room was clean, bed comfortable, room warm and cozy. Shower pressure was good, bathroom & towels clean. Location was fantastic. Maybe a 10.minute walk to the Rogistan square and assembly. Breakfast was delicious. One thing i did appreciate is the fact that they make the food items in batches. That is, they make 4 poaches eggs for example, put them into the serving basin, 10 minutes later another 4 come in, and then another, so on and so forth. This makes for hot eggs every time someone comes in for breakfast and limits food waste (which is awesome)

I liked everything here. Very nice room, clean, breakfast above expectations, positioned 5 minutes walk from Registan Square, at the reception everyone speaks good English and helps you with information ,i definitely recommend.

The property is very well located. It’s within walking distance from Registan square, and some nice restaurants. It’s a family run property, and they are very helpful. We interacted with two brothers, Bek and Zafar. Both are wonderful. Breakfast is wholesome with many options.

Quiet location only 5 minutes from Registan. Lots of shops around and some restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds (not as hard as in other places in Uzbekistan). Decent breakfast.
