This was our second visit to the Ideal hotel, they picked us up at the train station after we arrived from Tashkent. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do more for you. They let us check in early and provided us with lovely, hot lemon tea and some snacks that really helped us relax after our early morning train journey. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants - a one minute walk to the end of the road there are a great selection of restaurants for pretty much any kind of food you could want. There is also a small supermarket before you get to the end of the road. If you turn right at the end of the road and then left at the Chinese restaurant, you will find yourself in a park with Amir Temur's statue at the end and his mouseluem close by. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are cosy and comfortable and my mum absolutely loved the variety of food offered for breakfast. A big thank you to the staff for making it a great visit.

Definitely would recommend this hotel. Staff at the hotel is super super nice and welcoming, they are making sure that you have a pleasant stay - from free transfer from airport, to adjusting temperature in the room to accommodating my mom’s strict diet since she is vegan. Breakfast offers variety of food. I’ve read reviews that the hotel is not close to tourists attractions, but i would disagree as 30min walk to main attraction is quite okay in my opinion.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Excellent staff. By far the best breakfast we've had in Uzbekistan. Great location, close to many restaurants and walking distance from university avenue.

We highly recommend staying at Ideal Hotel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and made our stay wonderful. Buffet breakfast was awesome. They can arrange transfer from/to the train station. On our arrival, we were greated with tea and sweets. The manager arranged a one day tour to the 7 lakes in Tadjikistan. We got a lunch box and everything went smoothly. Many thanks to all of the employees of Ideal Hotel!
