Staff was nice and helpful. But I think room and bed sheets were dirty. But they changed sheets when I asked them. Location and breakfast were really good.

It was very good and near to attractive places. The hotel was value for money. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. They have a garden with their traditional tables to have breakfast. It was a good experience to have a breakfast like that. Moreover, I forgot my charger there when I left foe Bukhara. I contacted Caravan Hotel and they sent my charger to Bukhara for me. I am really thankful to then for their help in this situation.

Whole Facilities are Excellent. The Room The Breakfast. Shower Facilities. TV and all were amazing . Very Cooperative Staff . Very Humble Person on reception. Whole Experience was Amazing .

Very close to the Registan and other historic sites, only a 10-15 min walk. Clean and charming hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff were always ready to help and advise. The hotel itself was very nice, with a nice courtyard and even a roof terrace. And they sever a great breakfast, with plenty of fruit and a different hot option each day. All this in a great location, just 10 minute walk from the Registan and Bibi Khanum mosque

It's a lovely smaller hotel, with a lot of atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and it is a comfortable place. I enjoyed staying there. It is also within easy walking distance of main attractions but quiet.

The hotel is very simple and quiet. If you keep that in mind, perfect. Remember to bring money with you (euros or us dollars), the electronic payments usually don't function and are discouraged. Breakfast very simple but ok. The hotel has a nice location and is clean. Staff attentive and helpful.

All was great. Staff was super! They helped me with all( maps, taxi, booking trains, good touristic tips ) Great position of the hotel so close to the centre. Tasty breakfast overall sweets meals. Hotel in real Uzbek style with patio, garden and 2 tapchan! If I LL come back to Samarkand, I LL choose it again! Greetings to everyone! Mauro Chiello. Ps: Rakhmat!!!
