The staff is friendly and speaks advanced English. The room is impeccable in terms of the shower, heating, bed, and cleanliness. The breakfast is very satisfactory.

The vibes around the hotel though it's far from the city. The staff was sensitive to the needs except the bar at the lobby florr where the person incharge the day we went was rude. The other restaurants we tried were good. The concierge service and staff at check in were really good. Special mention of Mr Akmal at concierge (very professional and helpful) and Ms Jasmine at reception for giving proper information

Fantastic service, great facilities (pools, spa, massage, etc.) and very good rooms. Potentially the best hotel in Uzbekistan. They even congratulated me in the morning at breakfast with Happy Birthday song and a free fantastic cake. True 5-star hospitality Cannot recommend enough if you get good prices (I paid less than 100 USD per night).
