Take your time to enjoy the amazing breakfast in beautiful courtyard room. The guesthouse rooms all step out into the garden area too, still private and cosy. Great location for walking around Samarkand or I took yandex sometimes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Aziza was incredibly welcoming. Even though the summer house was closed for the season, she opened up her cosy winter home, a house full of soul and warmth. The room was inviting, perfect from the cold weather outside. She greeted me with hot tea, tasty snacks, and heartfelt conversations that made me feel right at home. The garden, even in winter, hinted at how stunning it must be in spring and summer. The breakfast was hands down the best I had during my time in Uzbekistan!

Antica BB is a remarkable experience of old Uzbekistan in the heart of Samarkand. The owner is highly educated and artistic with excellent English. The room is exotic in its decor with original embroidery and wooden cabinets, a colourful ceiling. Bathroom with old as you would expect but super clean and lovely hot water. Warm reception with tea and local goodies, excellent home made breakfast in 19th century part of the complex .

Family run old house, recently renovated. You’re living with a family in the best part of the city with homemade food and very hospitable 2 sisters who run this. Warm rooms and comfortable. Far better than five star hotels that are cold and impersonal

My room was beautiful and comfortable, the garden must be amazing in the spring and summer, i came at the end of the season, so i didn’t get to enjoy it , breakfast was gargantuan and wonderfully tasty , prepared me well for the day👍🙏

The room was amazing. Breakfast too, so much care put into it! The garden is beautiful. This place is managed so well, Aziza is a wonderful and careful host, makes you feel special and at home at the same time.

A beautiful, family run hotel set in a quiet side stret within easy walking distance of the main sites. Our room was in the annexe, a good size, with a balcony which was great. Wonderful food - the breakfasts were generous, home cooked, with lots of choice. We had our evening meal here one evening, which was delicious.
