The fine print
The gala dinner for 31st December 2024 is included in the price.A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID (only passport or identification card) upon arrival.Please note that there is a mandatory dinner for stays over Christmas Eve, 24 December, 2018 and New Years Eve, 31 December, 2018. The charges are as follows:
- Christmas Eve Dinner - THB 1045 per adult and THB 495 per child (3-12 year of age)
- New Years Eve Dinner - THB 1500 per adult and THB 605 per child (3-12 years of age)About pets:1. A refundable deposit of 2,000 baht per pet will be placed on guest account registration. This deposit will be used for extra cleaning if required. In the event of damages to the guestroom or hotel property, the deposit will be credited towards charges owed.
2. Pets are restricted to cats and dogs under 10 Kg. and height not over 50 cm. is additional charge for 500.-THB./room/night./each.
3. Pets are restricted to cats and dogs over 10 Kg. is additional charge for 1,000.-THB./room/night./each.
4. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and swim in the pool for pool villa.
5. When outside. Pets must remain leashed or crated at all times and can only be in the back villa and car parking area and CANNOT walk on the grass in the common area.
6. Pets are not allowed in the common area of the hotel such as check-in, garden, playground, playroom, pools, etc. For the restaurant, pets are allowed only the very front row if the dog is in a bag or if on a leash, or on the beach table.
7. Do not use any of hotel implements such as towels and blankets with your dogs.
8. Do not bring your pet into the public areas and not allow your dogs to get in the pool.
9. Please clean up your pet feces every time.
10. If you want to take your pet to the beach, please use the street beside the resort only.
11. Prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests.
12. Please do not leave your pet unattended.
13. The resort will not take responsible for any accident with your pet during the stay.
14. In case of pets bite or harm to people, guest must responsible for any cost of medical care.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Amazing family-owned, family-friendly beach resort just on the Sam Roi Yot beach and National Park. Rooms are basic but clean and well organized for a stay with kids, and a lot of them are interconnected; the restaurant is good and has a large variety of options - both thai and western food; the beach is huge and very quiet, with just the right level of waves to have fun without being dangerous... and the resort has a little shop that has everything you need. Definitely the best part is the amount of kid-frinedly facilities, from pool with slide to kids park to kids room with toys and movies, badminton, ping-pong and babyfoot, everything organized in a way that you can watch your kids play while chilling on your room's balcony. Also worth noting that the hotel offers bikes rental and tours to the local attraction of the nearby water marsh for bird watching and the amazing Praya Nakhon cave, both of them must-see while there. Kudos to Agathe and her team to offer such a special place for family holidays.

The place is very clean, facilities are maybe basic - but new and all is working. It is safe and convenient for kids to run around and be engaged with variety of kids activities. The layout of the resort is really convenient to rest and to keep an eye on your kids. It's a combination of a great pool and the sea across the road. Breakfast is simple, but enough of what is needed for a healthy breakfast, so it is very good, and what is different from other places - they have a very tasty European bread. Prices for drinks and meals at the 'all day open' restaurant are not high, but reasonable. The hamburgers that they do - I loved the most. Variety of yummy European and Thai dishes. The stuff is very helpful, attentive, pro-active and smily. And there are plenty of places to visit around in that area during the day and be back to the cosy spot in Dolphin Bay.

We loved the resort during our previous stays, however now the rooms have been beautifully renovated so staying there is even more enjoyable. The staff is 110%, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, the maintenance staff and the great staff in the restaurant. Resort is highly recommended.
