The room was clean, very warm which was great. The furniture was a little dated but everything worked properly. The staff were helpful. The location was good. There was a Spar close by and the bus going to the center was under a minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was very clean, modern and spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great, only 3 stops from the old town and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Location is decent and short walk to old town.. Room is basic but if you're spending just a night or two and are out most of the time then it's okay

The staff was very helpful. When we understood that the air conditioning works on heat only and keeping the window open it can be very noisy the guy from the reception gave us a better room in another building which was very quiet , The breakfast was excellent and with a walking distance to the Salzburg center.

Breakfast was ample and varied. Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Cleanliness excellent. More to the point, they offered to store our luggage until we left later on the day. This was extremely helpful. We appreciated it.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. There were separate rooms for the toilet and for the bathroom as part of my accommodation. The hotel is opposite the bus stop Waschergasse on the number 5 route from the train station. There is a nice little pizza/pasta restaurant next to the hotel.
