Great place to stay with fantastic views at breakfast. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious. Nice stroll into the old city from accommodation if you don't mind an uphill walk home. Beds comfortable.

The thing we liked best was the spectacular view in the morning from the conservatory like breakfast room with the arrival of some snow being the icing on the cake!! The hotel was outside the centre itself in a quiet and tranquil location. The walk to the iconic tourist points was only 15-20 minutes though through picturesque cobbled back streets of beautiful buildings, both old and new, and a walk across the river on the Mozart bridge. We loved the small family owned nature of the hotel and Gabrielle and her staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from so we were able to "stock up" before our walks into the centre. We will come back sometime in the future during the Summer months and enjoy the lovely outdoor scenery which the hotel has to offer.

Booked a 4 bedroom suite with balcony, Beautiful mountain view from our room and very spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and walking distance from city centre. Free parking as well

Clean and new kettle, utensils and bath towels. Bed n pillows are comfortable. Pastries served in the breakfast is great.
