Staff so helpful and super friendly. Breakfast so delicious..mimosas! Room was a delight! Location couldn't have been better for cafés, restaurantes, close to shopping area.

The hotel made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was THE BEST WE EVER HAD and that says a lot considering where we've been. Sema added extra magic as she had an ability to make us feel at home: she knew us by name, she anticipated what we needed and just created a home like atmosphere for other guests as well.

We have to find a hotel at sort notice because our flight was delayed overnight, and this hotel was absolutely ideal - in the centre of Salzbury so we can wander around, and the staff were helpful and friendly

The staff at Hotel am Mirabellplatz are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bedding is very comfortable. We loved our morning buffet breakfasts. There were lots of options. We were well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The staff are fantastic…..extremely friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. The staff in the breakfast room were especially friendly and made you feel extremely special.
