Location and room were great. Breakfast area was nice. Breakfast was good, but service was not geared up for lots of people arriving at the same time. Coffee machine ran out quickly. Only one member of staff.

Very friendly and very clean, great breakfast options. The hotel is ideal for exploring Salzburg, only 10 min walk from marabell gardens and very accessible for bus from airport

The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms have a nice view, very good location. Breakfast was delicious! :) The hotel staff is very nice, especially the girl from the reception, very nice, willing to advise with everything, very helpful and always with a smile :) You can feel at home there :) It was a really nice time! ;)

Breakfast was ok, but they were understaffed and when it got busy they ran out of food. The room was warm and plenty of room in the shower. Location was excellent as it was only 5 mins walk from train station and 10 minutes walk to the old town, shops and attractions.

Breakfast room very small and chaotic at 9.00am . Quality of food was good but not enough plates -cups and cutlery . Staff need more training !
