a very central place. I stayed there during the Carnival period. Not an easy period! The guys at the hostel work hard to ensure everyone has a pleasant and comfortable stay. They are the heroes of the carnival!

I stayed there during the carnival and the location is perfect for it. The blocos Barra are right there. It still felt very safe in the hostel during the carnival. And the breakfast is great and the hostel is very clean too.

The hostel was nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Overall, the experience was decent for the price we paid, which was quite affordable.

Very nice and helpful staff, many comfy common areas, location is near to the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily.

Loved the location as you’re literally a stones throw away from the beaches/surf spots, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The bedrooms were appealing, a lot of natural light and a large lockable draw under your bed to store valuables. Hot water was always available and the Wi-fi worked well. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and unlimited within the breakfast hours. The volunteers themselves were charming, friendly and very helpful (thank you to all of you).
