You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Bed linen is provided. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure.You can hire a safe at reception, subject to availability. Excursions can also be arranged at reception.When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
