On arrival we're told room booked was on 7th floor lift only went to 6th floor spoke to reception following morning and changed room to lower floor

The hotel reception was clean and well lit, and the check in was speedy and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, plus the bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower. The location of the hotel was very good, there is a supermarket across the road and a very good snack bar not very far away. It is not a long walk to the beach.

Looks like it was refurbished within the last few years so looks bright and airy and the pool area is nice. Had a private terrace in our room on the top floor, which was nice (although got very hot in the direct sun in the afternoon) The ladies who checked your reservations for breakfast and dinner were very friendly, tolerant and patient despite the queues and the lack of tables.

Perfect spot to stay in Salou. Great location and walking distance to central area. Rooms very clean, daily housekeeping, maybe the food could improve a little.

The rooms are a great size, super clean, the facilities are brilliant, plenty space for everyone, staff are super friendly and I love coming to this hotel

The location is good, close to center, beach and restaurants. Food is good, with lot of traditional meals, paella, shrimps, mussels, churros. Pools are excellent, however pool bar should have some kind of cold coffee. All receptionists are very kind and helpful, as well as other personnel.
