Great location, close to the beach,main shopping street and the bus stop .We had a corner balcony that was wrapped around the corner room with sunshine at any point of the day.Comfy beds.For the price we paid I could not expect any more.

The hotel was in a great location and we got a good deal on a 4 night stay. The rooms were small but comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was really bad, a drizzle of water at best -this needs improving as it isn't an acceptable standard. The cleaners were all lovely and worked very hard, the rooms were cleaned well and all public areas were spotlessly clean, so well done to the cleaning team. The bar staff and restaurant staff were slow, inattentive and miserable which is a massive reason for the lower rating. Staff such as this should be far better trained to work with guests and their poor attitude was disappointing. The food in the restaurant was nice and typically what you expect from all inclusive. Waiting staff cannot be bothered to keep an eye on guests for serving drinks and you have to find them whenever you want service - this service goes NOT come with a smile!! Some reception staff were friendly and helpful and some were not. On the whole you get what you pay for at this hotel but better training on staffs attitude towards being friendly and attentive to British guest would be great and is needed!

All good, I had allot of late nights, so my room was not cleaned everyday but that was my fault. Food was good for a Spanish hotel and I had no complaints. I stayed last year and maybe next if the price is right. It is a great location for what I went for.

The rooms, pool and food areas were clean. It had good entertainment facilities, ping pong and pool tables, and there are games organised in the evenings. The all inclusive drink selection is also very good.

We have stayed at Best Hotels before and this time our stay met our expectations again. Very nice hotel, nothing luxurious but really comfortable. Spacious room, huge and comfy beds, good-sized bathroom, nice terrace with chairs and a small table. Beach towels are provided (against deposit) which is a big plus in terms of luggage. Staff - really nice. And I don't mean that artificial politeness, everyone is genuinely friendly and smiling. Food - excellent choice and quality. We were a bit concerned by some of the reviews here but come on - going out every night as someone had written? bullocks. Every evening was thematic - Spanish, Asian, Mediterranean, Ethnic, Mexican. Meat, fish, fresh barbeque, again fish and meat, scampi, mussels, tuna, seabass... Location - we considered Cap Salou, Cambrils, Ponnent, Vilafortuny, Capellans. The area where Los Angelis is located turned out to be the best location indeed - right in the middle and close to everything. Very close to the Llevant beach which is the best one out of the 8 in the area. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, so we were given a shower room and thus were able to fully enjoy the whole day. Thank you for this.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus stop, you can quickly get to Valencia or Barcelona, everything is close by, shopping cafes restaurants main embankment, from Reus airport in 20 minutes by taxi 30€

Excellent location, rooms were very comfortable, well air conditioned and were kept very clean. Also enjoyed having pool tables, a bar, air hockey and swimming pools as well. Also a perfect location.
