The receptionist was very friendly, and gave us a discount when we were told that our room was not in service. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Great value for what it’s worth!

Breakfast was mediocre as no hardboilded eggs. Yes toast and some yogurt but that was it. She ran over to the store to get muffins for us. Could have used a bit more of a selection.

A larger refrigerator/freezer than any other motel I’ve ever stayed at. Great for keeping adult beverages chilled, while still having space for other things.

It was ok .. the room was clean but not completely ready for occupancy, and most notable was that the sofa chair & ottoman needed to be cleaned or replaced; the bed and the rest of the room was acceptable and clean.

Overall, my experience was mixed. Here are the details: Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently situated just on the tip of the highway, which made it easy to access. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Cons: Check-In Process: I had to wait for about 15 minutes at the reception because there was no staff present to accept my booking. This was quite frustrating. Additionally, every time I went to the reception after my initial booking, I had to wait about 15 minutes as no one was available.

Lowest price I could find in Salmon Arm. Easy to access. 24 hour check in. Room was spacious and was comfortable. Close to fast food and pub.
