It was small, cosy and intimate and there was a large log burning stove in the bar area. There are two kitchens, main kitchen and pizza kitchen.

Just a really Nice place to stay and experience. We didn't eat or get a chance to try the breakfast but all the facilities were really nice as was the room, with loads of nice little extras that are missing from so many places these days. Especially at such a good value. And all the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. All you could ask for really.

On Booking.com., it did not say that the double room (room 3) was small. Had I known it was small (and it really is small) I would have booked the standard. Room 3 is more suited for single occupancy than sharing. Other than that, The Pemboke Arms was great.

This was our second visit, just as amazing as the first time, lovely comfortable rooms ,clean and cosy,fantastic breakfast plus when you get your keys you are given a home made cookies to enjoy with the great hot drink selection in the room.

Warm welcome from staff to a lovely homely pub/hotel, lovely room with plenty of space and a comfy bed. The food (dinner and breakfast) was fantastic. Oh and the homemade cookies on arrival were great. Excellent value for money.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. We ate in the restaurant in the afternoon, then again in the evening and had breakfast in the morning - all was exceptional. Every member of staff we met was a dream to communicate with.
