The hotel has recently been remodeled and upgraded. The downstairs rooms have a walk-in shower and sockets by the bed which made it perfect for me as I have mobility issues. Service was helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. I would recommend this place.

Lovely hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and very friendly. We were half board and even though there was a little wait, it was understandable when it arrived the food was amazing,freshly cooked delicious and plentiful by Yannis the chef. thank you for my quick birthday cake. 😋

lovely hotel, good location. although its on a slightly busy road, the rooms are set at the back and are very quiet - we had no noise even with the windows open. the bed was comfy. There is a kettle, tea and instant coffee but no fridge; and at night the room could be made very dark (only with the heater off tho, and by tucking a towel under the door to stop hallway light leaking through) at the front of the hotel, the lounges, bar and public rooms are delightful, so inviting! breakfast was fabulous, and staff lovely.

Staff were super polite & very willing to help in any way Rooms were big & nicely furnished Heating was effective (it was a very cold weekend) The car parking was easy The proximity to Salisbury centre was great

Wonderfully refurbished character hotel in a great location...and with parking! The hotel interior has been beautifully designed and newly renovated with quality decor and fittings throughout. Our twin room was spacious and stylishly decorated. The bar, lounge and restaurant areas were very well done and provided different, elegant, linked spaces to relax. The staff were friendly and professional. We had particularly great service from Viktoria in the bar and restaurant. We were on a great value half board deal and had a fantastic dinner in the lovely dining room setting, the confit duck and shin of beef were both very good and followed by an outstanding pannacotta. Breakfast the next day was very good too, the full English from the A la carte choices was well cooked, and there were cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc on offer as well. It is a convenient, easy (less than 10min) walk into Market Place and the central shopping area and a couple minutes further to the Cathedral. Would definitely return and stay again.

Large clean room, good breakfast, great staff. Easy walk to the city centre, bit further to the cathedral but still doable. Nice Waitrose nearby. Certainly no issue with car parking at the hotel when we went.

Short walk into Salisbury. We stayed to break up the travel back from the West Country and was ideal.
