This place is incredible! What they've done with the space is so creative and unique. I stayed in the dodge van and loved every minute of it, the design blew my mind. They have a massive open kitchen, beautiful showers and toilets separate from the rooms, and have surfboards and bikes to hire (which is useful because it's a tiny bit further from some of the restaurants and bars in Popoyo). Gaby is the most down-to-earth and kind host there could ever be, extremely welcoming, communicative, and generous with her time. Come stay here :)

Casa la Aventura was the most wonderful accommodation on our central america trip. You can tell in the first seconds: The whole place is made with love. Everything as houses, the giant open kitchen and the furtinure is handmade out of local wood. The two hosts - Jon and Gaby - give that place an even bigger spirit with their warm energy. It has everything you need (and even more). The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has local goods as Oliveoil, sea salt, good (!) coffee with various coffee brewers, filtered water, cacao beans, ... . You can order tasty and healthy food as Kombucha, French Crepe, Natural Juice (e.g. from the Tamarindo tree on the property) or Croquettes; that Gaby and Jon make themselves. My partner and I stayed in the tent, a big jurte with cozy furniture and plenty of space. You can hear the ocean every night. We extended twice because we fell in love. Thank you so much <3
