I arrived late at night and was met with great hospitality by don Ernesto. We held a lot of great conversations. He has definitely got gold in his hands: not only is the view on the valley of Qundío river amazing, but the house is of very typical architecture and really beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the finca all around is astounding. Don Ernesto is planting more coffee bushes to develop a coffee tour. Since I am sure I will come back, I'm really looking forward to seing how it will turn out. This is the best location if you'd like to have a few calm and peaceful days not so far away from Salento (10 minutes max by bus for only 1.900 pesos). Moreover, you have everything you need around and breakfast is delicious (try that gratinated arepa!).

Beautiful area, amazing views. Lovely family run place, felt very welcomed. Nice hammock and comfortable bed. Definitely potential to be a great stay, I'm sure the hosts will work on the issues I mention.

The owner, Hector, was so friendly and definitely the highlight of the place. He showed us around his farm and even took us on a little hike behind his property. He showed us a nice place to eat dinner and walked there with us, and cooked us breakfast in the morning. Very kind person. Beautiful location in nature.

Building located in the wild, super quiet and nice simple room! don’t expect a fancy hotel but a simple rural accommodation with a lovely guest, where to enjoy nature and calm. best if you are travelling with a car as it is far from the main town and attractions. senor Hector Fabio took us twice for a tour of his finca, explaining us many things about nature and coffe!
