once we arrived to Salento and made contact with the staff everything was lovely! We were told immediately were we could park on their own facilities, they helped us to carry one of the heavy lugagges into the room, offered two glasses and a corkscrewer (to open the wine we brought). We could wash our clothes there. Breakfast was great. Our room with a balcony and an awesome view of the Salento valley was a plus! And we had hot water in the shower :D

The location is excellent with regard to proximity to the center of town. The staff, especially Gloria, were amazing. Gloria really went above and beyond to ensure I had a restful room / experience. The room was clean and had all the necessities needed. Breakfast was also good with some good options.

Maybe one of the best accommodation that I ever stayed in Colombia. The owner is super friendly. One of the best breakfast that I ever had in Colombia for 10 months. Arepa and Caldo de Costilla were wonderful. Nice balcony view. Clean room. Cheap laundry service. Almost only one accommodation that didn't try to take advantage of travelers in Colombia. Really close to the center.

The location is absolutely perfect and there is a free parking right next to the hotel. The staff is very helpfull and the restaurant is good. At night they have a cosy terrace with a grill a drinks. By the way, the beds are amazing!

The hotel is in a fantastic location just off the main square in Salento. The breakfast is good with a choice of eggs, fruit and excellent pancakes. Salento itself is lovely and feels totally safe. As well as taking a Willy to the amazing Cocora valley do ensure you play tejo at Los Amigos. The evening barbecue in the restaurant is also lovely.
