We stayed in the Peabody House. Room was pretty & a good size for a family; we liked having the kitchenette and space to unwind after a day of exploring. Beautiful historic building close to everything and key code entry system made check in/out easy!

We absolutely loved our room at the Curwenhouse. We had a beautiful view onto the street and it was snowing so it was magical! The bath was such a nice treat as well. We were so happy and will definitely be back!

Honestly, for the sheer size of the room and the complimentary breakfast, plus the fact I had booked for my fiancé and her two children, it was great value for money, especially considering how close we were to the main streets. Should we find ourselves staying overnight in Salem, we'll definitely be back to the Salem Inn. Very special stay for us over new years.

Location amazing. Close to everything Staff very friendly , free parking close by and working via email on keeping u up to date . That's a plus.

It was great to stay in a historic building that is well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is rich in history -- surrounded by wonderful structures and gardens. In a location where is was easy to walk to a range of interesting places and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind and helpful.
