Gorgeous furnishings and quality fixtures, spacious for a one bedroom. Double brick building meant no noise from any other apartment. Morning coffee on the balcony surrounded by beautiful trees and birdlife and very quiet . Location is perfect across from the Lake & Botanical Gardens and away from Main Road through Sale. Lots of parking available inside and also on the wide streets out front. It has been tastefully decorated and highly recommend. Sale is perfect to visit so many wonderful towns, beaches and swimming spots and Breweries. Loved my time in Sale and at Peppertree

Lovely new (looking) apartment, with all amenities you can think of. Full kitchen, comfy couch, good bed and nice shower. Clean laundry room on site. Located just off the main road in a quiet neighborhood.

As someone who has worked in the accommodation/hospitality industry, I was super impressed with how clean the apartment was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I even had a little nap on the couch which was also comfortable. It was in a super convenient location for where I was needing to be during the evening and day. There was adequate tea, coffee, sugar and milk and there was even a couple of sneaky bickies.

A comfortable bed, quality appliances, light and airy. The standout feature was a laundry with two washing machines and a dryer. Detergent supplied no cost. The location was perfectly peaceful close to walks around Lake Guthrie. It is our second visit.
