Friendly prompt efficient attentive customer service from the receptionist and the breakfast waiter. Comfortable spacious clean room, comfy bed. Easy to get a wi-fi signal. Easy to switch on and use the television. Delicious filling breakfast.

We picked this hotel for the location and the fair pricing. Room was clean tidy, although no heating on initially. Was fine once heated up.

We had a very warm welcome, despite it being -6°C from Rashid. We found our room to be warm, clean and very well equipped. Raheem made us a very lovely breakfast and was extraordinarily attentive.

Great location for where we needed to go, this was our third visit here and we will be back, staff excellent, everything we needed was provided in a comfortable, good sized room at a very reasonable cost.
