We stayed in Elafos, between August 29th and September 5th. The hotel's location allowed us to reach everywhere easily in our rented car. Thanks to the hotel's location, we discovered several nice places on our way to the beaches, which most tourists usually overlook. Around the hotel, there are several historical remains, not to mention that the hotel itself is a historical monument. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. We liked everything about the hotel. It's surrounded by the forest, offering a green landscape, fresh air, and a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and the Anatolian coast. There is a playground for children and a lot of space to play games. Although it is dark and quiet at night around the hotel, we always felt safe and comfortable.

The location is amazing, very quiet and relaxing. If you like nature and tranquility that's the right place. The staff is great, very kind and helpful. The lady that runs it is lovely and also very knowledgeable about the island so it's a good source of advices. The breakfast is generous and you won't be hungry after :) Rooms are spacious and clean. Yes the hotel is not modern but that's very clear in the description and doesn't affect the comfort at all. Staying at Elafos wasn't planned as we changed accommodation due to issues with the flat we rented, but we couldn't have been more happy than that, it really saved our holidays!
