Please note that the hotel does not have a lift or a parking.Please note that there is a 24-hour boat shuttle service running from Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez from 01 July to 31 August. During the night shuttles run every hour.In case of late arrival, please contact the property before 18:00 to arrange arrival details.Small dogs are permitted with the exception of the Standard rooms.Opening hours for the hotel: 07:00 - 19:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location near the center. The disadvantage is that we were on a motorcycle, and we carried all our bags and luggage by hand through about 6 corridors to the room at the end of the hotel. The corridors are narrow and that was the only disadvantage. If we had a room near the entrance, it would help a lot. Otherwise, a nice hotel, also the cleanliness and size of the room

Everything at Hotel le Chardon Bleu exceeded our expectations. From the location (just steps to the main beach), to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, to all of the helpful and friendly staff, we didn't want to leave! We even extended our stay by another night. I hope to return one day.

Break fast was wonderful, very French not English but lovely Great cakes! Location was fabulous but I’m glad I was link on the first floor as there’s no lift!

The hotel is hosted by a super nice family. They can also speak Spanish and were really welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to The hotel has a strategic location, one block away from the city center, from the beach and from the bus stop that takes you everywhere. Great value for money as you can reach Saint Tropez as well from the harbor near the hotel that takes only 15 minutes to cross to the other Coast. The beaches are also nice in Saint Maxime. I'd definitely recommend this place and probably go back here.

Great place, would truly recommend. Location is the best possible: it's right in the city centre, right next to the city beach, and 50m from Theatre de la Mer bus station - however, it's just far enough from the main busy streets with restaurants, so it's calm and quiet at night. AC is powerful, which is was very important for us. There is daily room service. Hotel generally feels nice and clean, even though of course it's an older building and older hotel. We were checking in late in the evening and the property provided us with full information about how to get in.

The hosts were absolutely amazing! Very kind and very helpful. And multi-lingual. French, English, Italian, Spanish is what I heard.
