Located in the west of Brittany, this residence sits on the bay of Morlaix, 500 metres from the beach. It has 2 heated pools, a sauna and a tennis court.

The fine print
An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry and daily house-keeping.
Reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 17.00 pm to 19.00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that the children's entertainment is available in July and 30 August.
Towels are not included in the price. They can be rented at the property.
WiFi is available for a fee of EUR 20 per week in the rooms.
Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies. Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change.
Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs, baby coat and hairdryers are available.
The cost of the animal service is at €60 per week and €10 per day.
A TV is not included in the price. It can be rented on-site for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €65 in Appatrment One room and €100 in Appartment Two rooms.
Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our stay here was lovely, the location was ideal, the sauna and pool were a particular favourite, the 2 bedroom house was large, clean and had everything we needed for our self catered stay.

Location was superb, and the staff on the front desk were always lovely. The breakfast we had delivered on the first day due to arriving too late to buy anything from the supermarket on Sunday, was very generous with good croissants!
