The location of the hotel was good with bus stops nearby. The bar/restaurant seems very popular and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I had a nice room with a good bed and a modern bathroom. The staff was really helpful. My rooms was cleaned well every day. Good breakfast, cooked and continental. I loved the bar and its wide selection of good priced meals (it's quite popular, so best you make a reservation). The hotel is in walking distance from the city center and the harbour, making it a good basis to visit Herm, Sark and Alderney as well.

Great location, convenient for the places I needed to get to, as well as the bus to and from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and a good selection of pub meals in the hotel bar/pub also frequented by locals.

A really good value hotel, not the latest decor but big rooms, good water pressure in the shower, a great bar and restaurant and really good efficient and friendly staff. I stayed for two nights and I’d totally stay again.
