Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. You may hear noise from nearby construction. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room was like brand new complete with a kitchenette which included a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots n pans and utensils. Huge flat screen TV, fast free WIFI, dining table and a comfy bed. The bathroom was really nice with a shower stall and extra towels n toilet paper. Close walk to Xcel Energy Centre and downtown.

Very comfy bed, loved being on the 8th floor and very near to transport to local attractions, Minneapolis and airport. Would stay again for sure.

Location was good for our downtown activities. Well maintained except for some minor items in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and all that we needed for kitchenette.

This is a great place for a longer stay. I love the reading area in the lobby and the complimentary coffee. The room is cozy and equipped with a round dining table. I booked for 7 nights but had to check out earlier due to an urgent issue. The hotel refunded the unstayed nights without hesitation.

The location was a short walk from Xcel Center and within a minute walk to the green line train Metro. I loved that you just got a code and could go right in instead of a long check-in. The rooms were fantastic, walls we're a little thin, but lucky we didn't have noisy neighbors. There was a wonderful seating area on the main floor with comfy couches where you could just have a coffee.
