We arrived late on a weekday and the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast staff was phenomenal! She made the entire trip worthwhile.

Pleasant room. Good complimentary breakfast. The lady supervising breakfast is a star. Friendly, enthusiastic and can’t do enough to help. When you’re travelling alone these small interpersonal transactions make a difference.

A large modern hotel which had a good sized, bright room and was comfortable and clean. The room facilities were good, but I would have liked a room safe especially as St Paul is not a city you feel safe to wander round in. Location-wise it is well placed for the capital building and for the light railway which runs just behind the hotel to Minniapolis, but it is a bit of a walk from the downtown. One member of staff on reception was very pleasant and helpful, whereas another was much less so and she seemed quite bored with it all. The breakfast was average. I can't say the hotel felt particularly good value for money.

The Radisson employees were friendly and happy to be there. We were always greeted and felt welcomed into the facility. Staff was extremely helpful and were always cheerful to lend a helping hand.
