We loved our stay, the room, the beautiful garden and how close it is to st paul de vence. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The host was also very helpful and nice. we can't wait to come back!!

“Restful, lush accommodation in the South of France”

Walking onto the property immediately feels safe, the pool is a wonderful entry point and the serene garden and vegetation surrounding is such a beautiful view. The room we had was a blue wash and looked so lovely. It’s complete with air con, toiletries, pool towel, and very spacious bathroom. Such a comfortable and resting accommodation to stay at. The continental breakfast served by host Marquesa in the morning (in the kitchen or garden) is a delight. Marquesa the host is so welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

“Perfect”

Everything was perfect! The atmosphere, the garden, rooms, breakfast, people. Can’t find anything to fault. Highly recommend!

“Relaxation in the amazing garden and at the pool.”

Fantastic garden, very nice pool, superb breakfast with fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. Quiet and very close to Saint Paul de Vence. Clean and nice rooms with modern bath rooms.

“What a joy”

Absolutely perfect for our 3-night stay in June. This is the kind of place I’m always searching for but can rarely find. If there was a “Les Orangers” filter you could apply to searches, it would yield all the best things: gorgeous, characterful old home, set on different levels, a sort of ‘relaxed bohemian’ vibe - tastefully decorated, but with a personal touch so it feels completely unpretentious. Absolutely breathtaking, large, lush garden, also on different levels, which invites you to explore all its nooks, overflowing with a wealth of exotic, colourful, architectural forms and textures. The pool is sublime and so long I was able to get some proper lengths in. But it’s all made complete thanks to the curators of this dreamy oasis. Hosts Marquesa and Thomas are genuinely warm and welcoming. Marquesa is an absolute star - she works tirelessly, and tends to everyone’s needs, somehow striking that tricky balance between laid back and attentive, making you feel completely relaxed. The breakfast (complete with freshly squeezed orange juice of course) is delicious and plentiful. The location is also perfect - a short walk from central St Paul de Vence. Took me and my 86 year old mum about 20 mins strolling slowly up hill (very slowly in the final, steeper spots). We did the whole thing without a car, relying on Ubers for airport transfers, Chapelle Matisse and Fondation Maeght. Cannot recommend this highly enough!

“For us this was a perfect place to stay in St Paul de Vence and was a highlight of our trip.”

The hospitality of Marquesa and Tom was wonderful. They were both lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the location being slightly out of town and away from the crowds which made for a very peaceful stay. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
