A very elegant villa in St Servan. Walkable to the bay there, and across to St Malo. Breakfast was served at the front window looking into the garden, and it was exquisite: basket of breads/patisseries, home made jams, plate of assorted prepared fruit. Parking outside was easy. Our room and the breakfast room/lounge were all very elegant. We were provided with maps of the area and details of local cafes and restaurants.

This is a historic house restored and lovingly furnished by a kind and generous owner. We liked the location. Short walk to lovely shops and cafes. A little more to the old Town. Comfortable bed and lovely white towels. Windows in our room opened out onto a pretty garden furnished with picnic tables and chairs.A fridge, microwave and cutlery and crockery is provided so you can make light meals and eat at the dining table.The breakfast of fruit and yoghurt,bread brioche and pastries, jam and honey, apple juice and coffee was exceptional. All from local markets and mostly organic.

I cannot speak highly enough of this stay. We had a pre-booked airbnb cancel on us so had to find somewhere else super last minute, and we wished we'd booked here for our whole holiday. The host/owner is unbelievably kind and generous, and helped us check in very easily. The interiors are beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, good temperature and pressure of the shower, the garden was stunning, the smell of roses when we arrived was gorgeous, and the breakfast!!! Where to begin, I think it was the best breakfast provided by a hotel/bnb ever. All the produce was local and the presentation was impeccable and so much variety, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, great coffee. I would highly, highly recommend this, and would love to come back.

Excellent breakfast, but a little more variation for those staying several days would be nice.
