The location! What a view of the St Louis Arch, amazing. Very conveniently located close to attractions. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Cortez who checked us in. He couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, thank you. The breakfast was good and had a diverse selection on offer. The decor of the hotel was nice too. Loved the lobby and the fountain.

It was a very nice staying have a good location a clean room and a warm breakfast The view from the terrace on the 8th floor was nice and it was a pleasant space The kickback system in the evening was also good

The hotel is in a great location near the Gateway Arch. Food was really good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There's a nice pool and a rooftop terrace to relax on too. We would definitely stay here again to see more of St Louis, which is a lovely city

Ideal location for visiting the Gateway Arch... walked there in under 4 minutes easy! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Included in the price was dinner and breakfast, with 4 complimentary drinks from the bar per person. Not to mention the roof terrace, the swimming pool and spa. Great value.

Fantastic location for visiting the Gateway Arch (our main purpose for the visit). The kickback offer is great and there was a decent choice of items. Staff were friendly and helpful. On-site parking. Free hot drinks available all day.

The hotel has excelent location in downtown, next to Arch and river pier, so it is easy to rich them. They have secure parking inside their building, which was very important to us. They have control who can access to garage and also who can enter into the hotel. There has a pool conected to wondefull terace where you can enjoy. The real surprise for us was free drinks and buffet from 17.30-19.00. The stations for water, caffe and tea, in the lobby, are open 24/7. The personell, all of them, especially the recepionists, were very kind and polite Highly recomend!
