The air conditioner was set for winter (only warm). As the cooling was not working, we had to sleep with the window open, not ideal for a hotel so close to the airport. Besides that, this hotel was a very good choice. The breakfast was excelent and the location is perfect. The shuttle to the airport is a plus.

The breakfast is good The staff, the bar, the facilities with kids (ping pong, football table, pool, etc) are great. We use ths hotel as "last days stop" on holidays. Then we can do the beach, shopping at CAP3000 and we have very short way to the airport with free shuttle from the hotel. The bar, outdoor area and the pool are perfect for relax and the kids can do their stuff. Most of all - the staff makes you feel at home:)

Easy access from airport. Parking. Newly renovated room. Nice space outdoor with a nice pool area.

Perfect location very close to the CAP3000 and the bus stop to the central Nice, just in front of the beach! Breakfast is really nice one.
