The view is amazing. Loves the location. It’s very close to a lot of different stuff (restaurants, boutiques, public pool etc) staff was super nice and the view from our loft was amazing. Super peaceful

I had taken a bike trip from Quebec City to enjoy l'ile d'Orleans on the whim for an experience outside of the city. Upon riding up to Auberge Les Blancs Moutons, I was in love with the accommodations being on top of an antique store & art gallery with so many artifacts. I was greeted by the kind owner, Réal, who offered me an island guide book and walked me through the house explaining a bit of the history. The accommodation was extremely clean with a single bed, ensuite bathroom, superb towels, hand soap and a lovely touch - a maple sugar treat! I had read previous reviews that the walls are thin and it is accurate, however this did not bother me as I think guests in the other suites were mindful to minimize noise knowing that. It is located in a great area right by the maritime museum, restaurants, and market all within biking distance - not to mention right on the beachfront with an amazing view to end the day on lounge chairs.

The view was memorizing, the tide differential in fathoms is 5.3 meters. Constantly something different to look at. You can hear the freighters/tankers before you see them. Real was very helpful in identifying places to eat. When I woke up in the morning to dining in a room surrounded by exquisite folk art along w/exceptional Canadian painters work I thought I was in a dream. Sebastian is a true professional hotelier. No detail is overlooked.
