Central location. Modern room with a great view of city. Good wifi. Lots of electric points. Despite variable reviews, parking was easy & good (Brunswick Square car park on Union Street, get ticket, pay at hotel reception). Free bottle water. Good coffee machine. Great brew pubs all nearby - Picaroons, Big Tide, Wasted Day.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were available and helpful regarding local restaurants, timing for the ferry and sites to see. They were friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job.
