Clarisse was a wonderful host, warmly welcoming us and giving us lots of information on places to visit, as well as restaurant recommendations. Our room was large, light and pleasantly cool, as the weather was warming up along, with a very light and airy sitting area. The breakfasts were spot-on with fresh fruit, homemade jams and fresh bread and croissants. We would certainly stay at Maison Neuve again if we revisited this region.

What can I say? Clarisse, our host is now a friend. The Irish have a saying which I think is apt for our stay. “May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.” Never a truer sentiment could be used to describe our stay. Perfect. Thank you Clarisse.
