Reception opening hours: All days except Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00.A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Friendly and helpful welcome from Celine who put me at ease and was patient letting me practise my schoolboy French - although her English is excellent! The property is a short walk from town and the beach, and also from bus and train connections. There's a decent small supermarket almost on the doorstep and the kitchen is well equipped so you don't need to eat out all the time - or at all, if you don't want to. The property is aging but clean and well maintained.

Location is excellent: you could walk to the beach both through the town and accross the hill. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Private parking (available for extra fee) is very good and convenient.

Well-equiped apartment close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach.

Location excellent. Celine is very informative and helpful. Apartment as described along with balcony, and was suitable for 3 persons. St Jean de Luz is a great spot to spend a few days. Check in and check out smooth Sofa-bed is user friendly. A/C very good. Access to building user friendly. Corridors and public areas well kept.

Very personable and helpful receptionist, Celine, she explained everything in English, the building is in a good location, secure parking, and good bed selection for 3 travellers in the same apartment.
