We wish to inform you that the Adults-Only area will be closed to guests due to renovations starting September 1 until December 15, 2023. The main building will remain open during the renovation period.Additionally, Shiso Restaurant, located in the adults-only area, will be closed from November 1 through December 15, 2023.

Very nice, large, sea view room. Good bathroom with very large shower. Comfortable lounge. Generally very good staff but drinks orders in the restaurant occasionally forgotten.

Customer service! The staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We were upgraded for our anniversary and received balloons and a bottle of sparkling wine with a card on entering our room. This was a very special touch and most appreciated. The manager introduced herself to us while we were eating, while another duty manager called to ask if we needed anything. These are the little touches that make a visit special. Drinks were free flowing and the food was generally good. Particularly enjoyed the Mediterranean buffet.

Breakfast was great as we had a wide variety of food to choose from and it was well presented and tasted great too. The staff were on point with our needs during our stay.

The service is great. The view is awesome and the hotel feels luxurious. The taxi boat and the option to visit any affiliated resort is awesome.
